This is 'Satin Spark' a 'Little Bit' scale miniature sculpture by Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig standing about 5.5 inches tall on her base.  This limited edition sculpture produced in resin is a very snotty Arabian Mare strutting her stuff!  I have painted this piece in acrylics and mixed media to a high contrast dappled grey.  Yes, the reference horse I did the color from did have the dapples lining up with the ribs!  Sealed in non-yellowing varnish, this lovely girl was a custom order commission and now resides in a private collection.
