This lovely sculpture is 'Cindi', a traditional scale mare sculpted by Brigitte Eberl of Germany and produced in English fine bone china bisque by Horsing Around of England.  Here I have custom glazed Cindi to be a softly dappled buckskin with a lightly frosted mane and tail.  She is a client custom order and the client supplied the reference photos for the color and markings. 

I have completed all work in the kiln from under glazes fired at cone 04, clear satin and gloss glaze at cone 06, and finishing work using china paints at cone 016.  Details include wrinkles, silvery hair at the base of the mane and tail, subtle rings and stripes on her hooves, ermine spots, a very kissable pink velvety nose, and very subtle brown, copper, and gold highlights in the mane and tip of the tail.
