This rare delight is the mini 'Colwyn' Welsh Pony sculpted by Laura Behning.  Produced in earthenware ceramic for Thomas Bainbridge Studio by Donna Chaney of Animal Artistry in the UK.  Not including his base he stands a wee 2.5 inches tall by about 3 inches long.  A true mini, I have nonetheless custom glazed this little boy to a light dappled grey with golden tints to his mane and tail, multi-colored eyes, and soft dapples complete with a pink snip down his nose!  This is a pretty rare little sculpture as Thomas Bainbridge Studio is limited this edition to only 50 pieces or fewer.
