This is the mini 'Cardiff' sculpted by Laura Hornrick-Behning and produced in earthenware ceramic in England.  I have custom glazed this little Welsh Cob to a dappled bay with minimal sabino chrome.  He sports try colored eyes, subtle golden sunburnt tips to his mane and tail, pink nose, subtle hair pattern in his flanks and along the edges of his white markings, a faintly countershaded dorsal, and is completed in a satin glaze finish.  All work fired in the kiln between Orton cones 04 and 016 with both under glazes and over glazes by myself, Hyn Patty, in 2024.

At Breakables Live at Breyerfest at his only live show outing so far he took 1st place in Workmanship (with NAN card) in the Brittish Pony class over much larger pieces by top artists.  Right click to open photos larger in another window.
