This page is to showcase my /earthenware/ curio Porthos sculptures produced entirely start to finish in my studio.  I am planning to do roughly 10 to 20 pieces (final edition number to be determined) and each one will be unique.  Not to be confused with the curio scale 'Pasture Porthos' in his hairy version, to be produced by Donna Chaney for me in in fine bone china bisque later.  This small edition are my first version Porthos and each one is individually resculpted earthenware.  Click on small images to jump to their own pages with more photos and information.

#1 was completed to a medium dappled grey with red, white & blue mane and tail decorations and docked tail.  Like the original version of Porthos he has his head and neck turned sharply back. 

#2 is a resculpt Porthos to a trot with an entirely new neck, mane, and tail with more leg feather.  The body has been thickened up and this piece has been custom glazed to a dark bay silver with subtle dappling.  Was sold via offers.

#3 is cast and being worked on as a mare - coming soon!
