'Spellbound', a Morgan stallion sculpted by the ultra talented Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig and produced in 'traditional' scale earthenware ceramic in a small edition of what is hoped to be 50 pieces eventually.  Only a handful have been produced so far.  This piece has been custom glazed to dark dappled bay.

Produced by Thomas Bainbridge Studio, and cast in England by Donna Chaney of Animal Artistry, each of these bisques are being custom glazed by guest artists like myself or by Tom himself.  This boy has been entirely finished in the kiln with underglazes fired to cone 04, clear satin glaze with glossy eyes and hooves fired to cone 06, and overglazed (china painted) to cone 016 for final color adjustments by Hyn Patty, completed in 2024.  So far this is the only Spellbound produced off base.  Since this photo I have added metal shoes to him.
