This cute little snot is 'Kipling', a Miniature Horse sculpted by Morgen Kilbourn and produced in a 50 piece limited edition in fine bone china by Horsing Around.  I got this bisque from Morgen herself back in 2023 and I custom glazed him in 2025 to this bay tobiano with rabicano ticking after a photo of a real Miniature horse stallion.  All work fired in the kiln using under and overglazes in satin finish with glossed eyes & hooves.  Private collection.  Right click on smaller images to open them full sized.
