Large Porcelain Cybis 'Nashua' Thorughbred racehorse custom glazed by Hyn Patty to this lush dark dappled bay. He sports a slightly claybody customized mane and tail with a whole new custom base I made to replace his super oversized original base. Client custom order, gloss finish, completed January 2024 by Hyn Patty. Big piece, he stands a bit over 12 inches tall by more than 14 inches long. Sculpted by JH Slick. This boy was actually a 'reglaze' as he was already glazed a lighter bay when sent to me. I dated him 2023 under his base though his final firing in my kiln wasn't until January 2024 due to kiln repairs that delayed my completing him.
